PAYMENT TERMS AND SHIPPING

We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, or American Express, or Discover credit cards. All products will ship after payment has been approved.  We will ship by the most economical means.

WARRANTIES

American Patriot Fabrication has a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials on all of its furniture. The warranty applies to the original owner and does not cover damages caused by the effects of normal wear and tear, severe weather occurrences, negligence, misuse and/or unauthorized repairs. The owner is responsible for routine cleaning and maintenance. All wood may develop fine cracks or "checking."

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND PRICES

American Patriot Fabrication must give approval for return of merchandise.  Returnable merchandise may subject to a restocking fee of 40%.  Please speak to one of our customer Service Representatives prior to making any return.  Custom Signs and Imprinted Items are non-refundable.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it in its original condition within 90 days for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value. (We cannot accept returns of monogrammed or special ordered items unless we were at fault).

Upon return of the merchandise we will reimburse you for the full merchandise value only. We will refund shipping and handling charges only if the error was ours. Your reimbursement will be made in one of these forms: Replacement or Exchange

The colors samples provided on this web site may not be exact representations of our products.  Various factors such as monitor resolution, color settings and display type can all effect how our color charts are viewed on the Internet.
